MyLifeHub is a free web app that combines all your everyday tools in one place: finance tracking, task management, Markdown notes, health tracker, Pomodoro timer, and more. Instead of ten separate services — one app, one account, one interface. No ads, no subscriptions, no selling your data.
Why it exists
Most people use separate apps for budget, tasks, notes, health, and focus. That means a bunch of accounts, a bunch of interfaces, and constant switching between them. Each app wants money, shows ads, or requires an email to register. MyLifeHub solves this — one login, one interface, everything in one place. Registration takes 10 seconds and doesn't require an email. Choose only the modules you need and start using them right away.

How it started
MyLifeHub was born from a simple need — having one place for all everyday tasks. The author tried dozens of apps: one for budget, one for tasks, one for notes, a separate timer. Each had its own account, its own interface, its own free plan limitations. At some point it became clear: it's easier to build your own than to keep juggling other people's tools. The first version only had budget and tasks. Then came notes with Markdown and wiki-links. Then a Pomodoro timer for productivity. Health tracking with weight and meal logging was added last. Each module solves a real problem that the author faced personally.
Who's behind it
MyLifeHub is an indie project created by one person. The app is developed and maintained in spare time, because the author uses it daily and wants it to be useful to others. All code is written from scratch using modern technologies: Next.js, React, PostgreSQL. The server is hosted in Europe, data is encrypted in transit. New modules and improvements appear regularly — the project is actively developed.
